Thank to a very kind and forward thinking father, I can earnestly say that I Grew up on Berliner Bier and Currywurst mit pommes (admittely the beer wasn't mine at the time). However, Berlin hasn't lost any of it's charm, even though the wall's come down and east and west have been united.
